1. General Conditions & Online Store Terms

By accessing or placing an order on Moft.pk, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority under Pakistani law.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
All content on this website (logos, product descriptions, images) is the property of Moft.pk and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
We make every effort to display product colors and specifications accurately; however, slight variations may occur depending on screen displays.
We reserve the right to limit sales or order quantities on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide alongside online payment options.
Order Verification: All COD orders are subject to phone or WhatsApp verification by our support team before dispatch. Unverified orders will not be processed.
Parcel Inspection Policy: In accordance with standard Pakistani courier regulations (e.g., TCS, Leopards, Postex etc), customers cannot open or inspect the parcel prior to making the payment to the delivery agent. Any issues must be resolved post-delivery through our official support channels.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination city.
Moft.pk is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier operations, weather disruptions, or local law enforcement conditions.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving their order if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
For COD orders, approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site for any illegal activities, attempt to breach site security, or submit false customer information during checkout.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
